The leadership development training course was excellent from start to finish We couldn't have asked for a better facilitator in Sue and her knowledge level was to a very high standard. She presented in such a way that catered to all of the participants and made it a very interactive environment involving everyone. I not only met my objectives but left feeling I had learnt for more than I expected. I haven't laughed so much in a long time and found it to be a very positive experience. Thank you Sue.

Derrick is amazing at what he does, the whole class took no longer than 30 mins to relax and open up. There are many EA courses out there, and many of them aren't great. This course was the the best course I had been on. Derrick was knowledgeable, and the participants on the course were given the freedom to talk about their experiences and opinions in an open environment. Thank you so much.
